Perfect Fit Shipping Information:

All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service or Fedex. Shipping and handling rates are based on the amount you order:( see charts below )

Discreet Packaging :

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word “lingerie.” In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course!).

General Shipping and Tracking:

Processing Time:

In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 2-3 Business days after your order is processed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. Please feel free to inquire about item availability please contact one of our representatives through live chat or email.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on Perfect Fit store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases, the shipping method you select during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).All Rush Order Packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s). Perfect Fit store makes our every effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Perfect Fit control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

Due to the ongoing global health crisis all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand. This includes updates to order tacking and delivery times. For existing orders we do ask that you take this into consideration before contacting our support team, and to allow an additional 2 – 3 days after your estimated delivery time frame before contacting us. All shipping/delivery/return processing we may require additional processing time and please note that all shipping carriers are currently experience delivery delay, this includes any expedite shipping services. Back Orders:

Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture, you will not be charge for the backorder item until the item is ready for shipment. We will either send you an e-mail with notification of your backorder items or the back order notification message will appear on your invoice with your shipment, If you like to receive an estimate date of when the item will be shipped, please email us at sales@perfectfit.com. Back Order from manufacture usually will take approximately 1- 3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.

All Back Orders will remain open and uncharged for up to 16 weeks. We will charge and process your back order items once they are ready for shipment. All back order items will be shipped with standard shipping method, even if the original order items was shipped by Express/Priority shipping method. Most Back Order Item arrive back in stock within 2-6 weeks, If you need any assistant with your estimate arrival dates on your back order items, please feel free to reach out to us by email or give us a call. Important Note (Shipping):

All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders. If you order items which are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.

Standard Free Shipping:

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard ground/First Class service. They are shipped via United States Postal Service Mail or FEDEX or UPS MAIL, Please Allow 7-14 full business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

2-3 Day Select Shipping:

Most items maybe shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-3 days Select shipping method. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Order Processing Time remains the same as a Standard Package. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Express Delivery Shipping:

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Express Delivery shipping method. Please refer to the shipping charge below for rates. Please note that you can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business days After Leaving Our warehouse. (For Some cities refer to United State Postal Service. It may take up to 2 business day ) Order Processing Time remains the same as Standard Packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
